Voices in the Dark (Turnbold arc part 2 of 3)
After killing Brakert in Turnbold, Covenant is imprisoned below
the city. He is held prisoner by Marcellus, Brakert's lover, so that he may be
tortured and made to pay for his interference. While awaiting his punishment,
Covenant remembers some helpful words of Cogliostro and he makes his move.
Elsewhere, Gareth has been guarding the stolen necroplasm alone
for some time, as his companion Makus went in search of more supplies. As the
nights go on, Gareth hears more and more visitors outside his hut, hiding in
the shadows. |
