Using information falsified by Jason Wynn, Tony Twist believes Terry Fitzgerald stole the missing government weapons, and therefore, he must be Spawn. So to deal with him, Twist dispatches the newly rebuilt Overtkill.
Meanwhile, a shootout between Twist's men and some government agents on Terry's frontlawn has finally brought Terry's problems to a boil. |
