Help Identifying Figure/Weapons

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could identify the figure and weapons shown in the photos below? I'm assuming the figure is from a different Image line since I don't recall seeming him in Spawn. Also, I'm guessing that most of the weapon parts go with the giant cannon (based on their coloration), but since I don't know what this cannon is called, it's impossible to figure out what a decked-out one should look like. Thank you!

The figure in question looks like The Curse from Series 3.

As for the weapons, I'm looking through the McFarlane Toys website to see if I can identify any of them.

The weapons appear to be from the Spawn Air Cycle in Series 3.
