Alias: The John Doe Foundation

A portion of The Jim Downing Foundation dedicated to facilitating the use of Jim's powers to help those in dire need of alternative medicine. When ground was broken for the headquarters, many protested, believing that Downing was either a fraud or the antichrist.

Amid the protests, the headquarters was constructed in New York on the site of the Dead Zone. Bludd did this intentionally to protect and conceal the newly discovered Dead Zone.

After Jim's final confrontation with his symbiote that left him in a coma once again, construction on the headquarters was halted, and the future of the foundation was in question despite Ramus's promise to carry on.

When he shot at a woman named Gretchen Culver who had come to meet with him about his writings, he unknowingly started a chain of events that led to the birth of Suture. Later, Suture returned to John and repaid his deeds.
