While interrogating a crooked cop in a hospital, Sam and Twitch along with the Feds are ambushed by the fedoras. Sam and Twitch manage to survive, but the Feds are not so lucky. When the fight is over, Twitch manages to trail the blonde woman behind it all and corners her at gun point.

To this she gives Twitch two options: he can let her go, or he can arrest her. If he arrests her, she will eventually be turned over to South African authorities, who her family owns, and then she will return to murder Twitch's children one by one. Faced with this difficult decision, Twitch chooses choice three, and shoots her dead.
