Providence (Immaculata arc part 2 of 3)
Dublanc catches up to Covenant in a city market
and attacks. Covenant, irritated by DuBlanc, encourages him to forget about him
and return to his life. In the midst of the fight, the angel Immaculata arrives
to dispatch the hellspawn. At the same time, Cog teleports Covenant to safety,
causing Immaculata to mistake DuBlanc for the hellspawn.
Back at the Abbey of Sainte Barbe, the young couple of Reynard
and Marie await the birth of their child while the convent ponders the disappearance
of Immaculata. |
